Thanks for praying for Jim's meeting with Ralph. It went well. Jim got to share Christ with him. He thinks he will make it to heaven by being good. He doesn't go to church because they are full of hypocrites. They are meeting again next week, so keep praying!
On Monday, we met with a couple who are part owners with their son of a T-shirt printing business. We went out to lunch with them, then got a tour of the business. It was fascinating. They do embroidery and screen printing. We got to see both in progress. It takes quite a bit of time and man hours to do screen printing. The embroidery is all automated except for loading the machines, snipping extra threads, and trimming off extra "stiffening" fabric from the back.
Last night, we had our first home visit. We had a great time getting to know this family. They have property with a fantastic view of the city. It is the first of many such visits. This afternoon we are meeting with a man who worked with us on our house building project here last fall. Tonight, Jim and I will be helping with a youth event. It is the culmination of the "30 hour Famine", to promote awareness of world hunger. We are all participating and fasting today. Tomorrow, Jim has Association training in the morning, then we get to go tour the house we helped work on last fall at Ness Lake Bible Camp in the afternoon. Sunday, Jim is preaching and would appreciate your prayers for him. Monday evening, we have another home visit scheduled.
As you can tell, our schedule is picking up. Jim spends most of his days at church. Between church work and studying, he has more than enough to keep him busy. We are finding out lots about what kinds of things and events have been tried to get more young families involved at church. They have tried many creative things, but none have been successful. Please continue to pray that God will work in hearts and lives, and lead us to the ideas He is working on to bring more people to Himself and to Fort George.
We miss you all! You have been awesome about keeping in touch! Thanks for the prayers, support, and encouragement.

Good morning! Thanks for the wonderful posts and updates. Rebecca had shared that we should be praying for Jim as he was preaching yesterday. She's so proud of her brother! It's a beautiful thing to witness. Saw Jamie briefly after church, but have yet to catch Spenser or Brad. I'm sure Spenser is "busy". We are both well. Bud finished the outside projects so painting can begin this week (if the weather cooperates). We plan to contact Spenser soon and get up to photograph the truck parts and get them on Craig's list. Hopefully we can start that process next weekend. THANK YOU AGAIN for allowing us the space to "set" the truck. What a tremendous blessing! We completed our written psych eval questionnaires this weekend. ONE of the four tests had 560 questions to answer...the others were less, but still it was a long process! We did get a lot of laughs out of some of it though, which was a blessing! We needed those endorphines to get through to the end! Our Skype psych interview is April 29 (2 hours) and then we fly to Greenwood May 27-29 for the interview at OMS. The process is moving along...at this point we're just riding God's wave and trying to remain obedient and at peace. We meet on Sunday with our prayer group again. We're excited for that. Miss you so much! Blessings, Bud & Cindy
